Our philosophy is simple- Development Over Ring Chasing!! We do things a little different, our team offers players close to 100 hours of practice, thats 50 2 hour practices a year!! Practices are ran by a coaching staff prepped with many years spent coaching at the high school level. We believe that creating the right culture, building an athletic foundation, building a fundamental foundation and shaping the mind/thought process will result in winning baseball games as well as long term success not only in baseball but in life. We do not dwell on the mistakes or “failures” a player makes but rather help mold the mind into making the changes necessary to turn mistakes into SUCCESSES. We will not sit and play meaningless tournaments but put the players in a competitive environment that will bring out the best in young athletes who strive to be pushed. Our goal is not instant gratification but maintaining sustainable success! Our team motto is ATTITUDE because the ATTITUDE a player has will determine how successful the athlete will be!
